Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year!

Celebrating Chinese New year away from home for the first time. There’s the goods and the negatives of course.

I miss my family dearly. I may not show it as much as I like to, but they are a big part of my life. They are always there support me and guide to through the hard times. Celebrating new years without them was tough, but there’s nothing a Call back home cant heal.

On the other hand celebrating new years with my new friends was a blessing. It was great to see there happy faces because this holiday was more native to them, I was able to learn there customs and traditions that they brought on this wonderful day…

On the Ice

Ice skating was just another escape from the typical partying scene that we were doing every night. It was great to chill and do something different…

Big Ups to Jenson for taking charge and planning a Chinese Valentines celebration in FB. It was a huge success with many of our close hall friends stayed in and enjoyed some good O Chinese and Korean food!!! Thanks to the girls and guys that cooked as well…it was awesome!
