Pantech PG-3600VThose South Koreans are back at it again. This time they have developed the iPod like phone before Apple could even discuss plans for an iPhone.

The PG-3600V, which was released yesterday in Hong Kong and Taiwan houses a “revolutionary touch-wheel sensor” that looks similar to Apple’s click wheel. The touch-wheel is said to control the phone’s digital media as well as its camera capabilities. The PG-3600V is also loaded with video editing software on a 512 memory board, and stereo audio-enable Bluetooth in a 10.2×4.7×1.8cm enclosure.

No plans have been set for this phone to hit the U.S. market yet.
