Apple In Flight iPod Service

Posted on 15 November 2006 by Tommy

It has been reported that Apple is in talks with many large US airline companies and is in the process of finalizing a deal to make support for the iPod in the air possible. Air France, Continental, Delta, Emirates, KLM and United will be amongst the first to offer “seamless integration” between the iPod and their own in-flight entertainment systems. These airlines will provide passengers iPod seat connections that will power and charge your iPods in-flight and allow their video content to be viewed on the seat back displays.

This integration will definitely make those long trips a lot less stressful.
